    I hear that the major portals are auctioning off the banner advertising in some suburbs.

    I get what you’re saying about conversion, but do you think that the banner ads are a waste of money?

    Yes lots of good points in your article. It is easily said though as there are not too many agent websites which have share widgets on them allowing users to easily connect with social networks.

  • Tony, the banner ads may help to direct traffic to your website, but if the real estate agent’s site doesn’t convert very well then, yes I think it would make it a very expensive investment & would be a waste of money.

    There are better ways to invest your money over the internet.

    John, I agree about the share widgets.
