I am extremely excited to get an iPad.

The fact you can enter clients in at open homes, and when you know the clients you can avoid asking duplicate data is a massive plus.

It also seems to be a great tool in listing presentations, allowing for a digital MA presentation be to be personal and even show videos etc on it.

I was however knocked back a little, when my friend showed me his old tablet PC. Sure it's a little heavier and has less batery life, but the fact it can run more than one application at a time was a big plus for me.

Finally I am being pulled back to the iPad, as I bought a phone other than an iPhone based on its technically superior hardware, what I didnt factor in was the iPhone applications are a big part of the phone.

What are other agents thoughts, will you get the iPad, will you get the soon to be release HP touchscreen, or will you avoid the whole technology entirely and feel paper based is still the way?
