Thanks for your response James. Our company also run's My Desktop, however haven't come across the area you can track peoples opening rates yet.

I definitely recommend you the information to follow people up. I have found it is more effective and actually sets you up for a line of positive phone calls. I guess it boils down to the fact people follow 'the path of least resistance' often. Something I plan to incorporate in my new systems after listen to John McGrath speak today.

Vision 6 sounds like a great product.

I use a similar system campaign active for monthly newsletters to my existing client database for who I've sold for and too. The system allows me to see what articles were clicked and how many times it was sent on to other IP addresses. Although I have not used the information to follow up as you have.

I also use another system My Desktop which is used to send new listings and weekly updates on prices and open times. I can see who has opened the emails and then able to ring and find out who will be attending the open inspections.

My Desktop is free to send emails out to our online database and campaign active charge per email. The more emails sent through campaign active the cheaper it becomes. I have found My desktop to be very useful however I do notice that the branding and opportunity to change the template is very difficult, where as campaign active looks cleaner and visually more appealing.

I definitely feel this is the way to provide better customer service as the consumers feel that you are giving them superior service and were making regular contact with prospects who are actively looking to buy or sell.
