As a real estate agent, it was always about this time of year that I would make sure that I finished the year off strong by focusing my efforts around understanding the importance of the one deadline that was often extremely important to my property sellers… and that deadline is Christmas.

Right now most real estate agents have basically 3 sellers on their books…

1. Wants to be sold & moved before Christmas.
2. Wants to find a buyer & hopes to be sold before Christmas.
3. Doesn’t really care if the property sells this year or next year.

Hey guys and gals,

The Real Estate Institute Young Agents Chapter is holding an end of year party again this year due to the huge turn out last year.

We would like to invite all the Gen Y agents to get involved if you are free on the 11th November.

We are holding it at Rydges World Square from 4pm-6pm and onwards. Tickets are $60 for members and $80 for non-members but includes food and drinks for the two hours.
