Chris Shepherd has lived on the Northern Beaches of Sydney for over 10 years, attending SCECGS Redlands in Neutral Bay. Chris chose a career in real estate due to his passion for people. Chris publishes the North Curl Curl Real Estate Market Report providing the community with localised real estate news. His systemised approach ensures no small detail is missed. He always strives to better himself, which can be seen by his continued education. Having completed his Certificate of Registration and Certificate IV and License in Real Estate he is currently studying a Bachelor in Business and Commerce majoring in Property at the University of Western Sydney. Away from work Chris enjoys activities such as skiing, sailing and the local beach culture. You will often find him down at the beach on volunteer Surf Life Saving Patrols. Chris has prior work experience as a sailing instructor for both children and adults, as well as experience in the hospitality industry. This reveals that he has always been customer service focused. Initially starting real estate in Balgowlah he then moved to London where he worked in a busy city estate agency. Chris is currently enjoying working around his local area he knows and loves.
